清爽豆腐羹
材料:滑豆腐一块, 冷冻小豌豆和玉米粒,枸杞子15粒, 香菇
调味料:素食清高汤 (罐装),生粉
做法:
豆腐切小块,枸杞子洗净,香菇泡发切小片
取一杯高汤,加水调到咸淡适中,烧开,放香菇,再放入所有其他材料,小火煮大约5 分钟
生粉勾芡,即可
